30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase. For a change-of-mind return, products must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging.

How to request a return

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost to France. If we sent the wrong item or the product is damaged or defective, we cover return shipping. Contact us to arrange the appropriate solution. Ordinary unused-condition and original-packaging requirements do not prevent a claim about a damaged, defective or incorrect item.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days of approval. There is no restocking fee.
